How do I know if my site needs a contamination assessment?
If you’re buying, selling, developing, or managing land that’s been used for industrial, agricultural, or waste activities, a Preliminary Site Investigation (PSI or Phase 1) is generally required. We can advise on this and guide you through the process.
Can you help manage environmental risk on construction sites?
Absolutely. We develop and implement site-specific Environmental Management Plans, erosion and sediment control measures, and ongoing monitoring programs to support compliance during all project stages.
What is the difference between a Phase 1 and Phase 2 site assessment?

What’s your turnaround time for environmental reports?
Standard turnaround for most reports is 5–10 business days. We also offer expedited service for urgent projects or compliance deadlines.
Hours Of Operation
Between the hours of 8am to 3pm as our standard sample acceptance window.
24hr drop box system is in place at entry of our Laboratory (off Kings Road) should you require to drop-off your sample outside the above times. ​

Do I need an appointment to submit a sample?
No appointment is required. Simply follow our chain of custody process or contact us to arrange courier collection.
